Qubic aims to build a decentralized infrastructure for artificial general intelligence (AGI). Critically, the network generates external revenue by dedicating mining hardware to mine other cryptocurrencies, such as Dogecoin. The proceeds from selling these mined assets are used to buy back QUBIC tokens on the open market, which are then permanently burned.
